TPS Dojo – Hirayama Training Centre
The Hirayama Training Center originally started by providing basic TPS operation training to employees assigned to work at Toyota Motors or group companies. Over time, its activities expanded to support the spread of TPS Kaizen methods domestically and globally through education and training programs.
More than 3,000 participants from 30 countries have attended the Dojo.
In this course, you will:
- Acquire the ability as managers and supervisors to execute Kaizen by yourself
- Acquire fundamental TPS knowledge
- Apply Genchi Genbutsu principles to detect Muda, Mura, and Muri
- Experience and master Kaizen techniques through motion analysis
